המחויבות שלנו
Berger BI Consulting מחויבת להנגיש את אתר האינטרנט שלה לאנשים עם מוגבלויות, מתוך אמונה שלכל אדם מגיעה גישה שוויונית, נוחה ועצמאית למידע ולשירותים. ההנגשה נעשית בהתאם לחוק שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות, התשנ"ח-1998, ולתקנות שוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות), התשע"ג-2013, ובכלל זה תקנה 35.
רמת הנגישות והתקן
האתר הונגש בהתאם להנחיות התקן הישראלי ת"י 5568, המבוסס על הנחיות WCAG של ארגון W3C. היעד שלנו הוא עמידה בדרישות WCAG 2.1 ברמה AA.
ההתאמות שבוצעו באתר
- ניווט מלא באמצעות המקלדת (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Esc) עם סימון מיקוד ברור.
- קישור "דלג לתוכן הראשי" בראש כל עמוד.
- טקסטים חלופיים לתמונות, ללוגואים ולאייקונים בעלי משמעות.
- תכונות ARIA ותוויות לרכיבים אינטראקטיביים (תפריטים, לשוניות, כפתורים, טופס קביעת הפגישה).
- ניגודיות צבעים תקנית בין טקסט לרקע, ומבנה כותרות היררכי.
- התאמה לתצוגה בטלפונים ובטאבלטים, ותמיכה בהגדלת תצוגה בדפדפן.
- כיבוד הגדרת "הפחתת תנועה" (prefers-reduced-motion) של מערכת ההפעלה.
- סרטון התדמית אינו מתנגן אוטומטית ומופעל רק בלחיצה.
- האתר זמין בעברית ובאנגלית, ושפת העמוד מוגדרת לקוראי מסך.
תפריט הנגישות
בפינת המסך מופיע כפתור נגישות עגול. לחיצה עליו (או מעבר אליו במקלדת והקשה על Enter) פותחת תפריט ובו:
- הגדלה והקטנה של גודל הטקסט (עד 130%) ואיפוס.
- מצב ניגודיות גבוהה.
- הדגשת קישורים וכפתורים.
- עצירת אנימציות ותנועה בעמוד.
- מעבר לגופן קריא ופשוט.
- איפוס כל ההגדרות.
ההגדרות נשמרות בדפדפן שלכם ומופעלות מחדש בביקור הבא. סגירת התפריט: כפתור הסגירה או מקש Esc.
מגבלות ידועות
אנו ממשיכים לשפר את נגישות האתר, אך ייתכן שחלקים מסוימים עדיין אינם נגישים במלואם:
- דשבורדי ההדגמה האינטראקטיביים המוטמעים באתר הם הדגמות ויזואליות, וייתכן שאינם נגישים במלואם לקוראי מסך ולניווט מקלדת.
- סרטון התדמית אינו כולל כרגע כתוביות.

Our commitment
Berger BI Consulting is committed to making its website accessible to people with disabilities, in the belief that everyone deserves equal, convenient and independent access to information and services. Accessibility is implemented in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, including Regulation 35.
Accessibility level and standard
The site follows Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Our target is conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
Adjustments made on this site
- Full keyboard navigation (Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Esc) with a clearly visible focus indicator.
- A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, logos and icons.
- ARIA attributes and labels on interactive components (menus, tabs, buttons, the meeting booking form).
- Standard text-to-background colour contrast and a hierarchical heading structure.
- Responsive layout for phones and tablets, and support for browser zoom.
- The operating system's "reduce motion" setting (prefers-reduced-motion) is respected.
- The company video does not autoplay; it starts only when you choose to play it.
- The site is available in Hebrew and English, and the page language is exposed to screen readers.
The accessibility menu
A round accessibility button appears in the corner of the screen. Clicking it (or reaching it with the keyboard and pressing Enter) opens a menu with:
- Increase and decrease text size (up to 130%), and reset.
- High contrast mode.
- Highlight links and buttons.
- Stop animations and motion on the page.
- Switch to a plain, readable font.
- Reset all settings.
Your settings are saved in your browser and re-applied on your next visit. Close the menu with its close button or the Esc key.
Known limitations
We keep improving the site's accessibility, but some parts may not yet be fully accessible:
- The embedded interactive demo dashboards are visual demonstrations and may not be fully accessible to screen readers or keyboard navigation.
- The company video does not currently include captions.
