המידע שנמסר בטופס קביעת הפגישה
כשאתם קובעים פגישה או פונים אלינו דרך הטופס באתר, נאספים הפרטים שאתם ממלאים:
שם מלא
שם החברה
כתובת דוא"ל
מספר טלפון
התאריך והשעה שבחרתם לפגישה
ההודעה שכתבתם (אם כתבתם)
אינכם חייבים למסור את המידע, אך בלי פרטי קשר לא נוכל לחזור אליכם ולתאם את הפגישה.
למה אנחנו משתמשים במידע
המידע משמש רק כדי לחזור אליכם, לתאם ולקיים את הפגישה ולענות על פנייתכם. לא נשלח לכם דיוור שיווקי בלי הסכמה נפרדת.
ספקים שמעבדים מידע עבורנו
Formspree: שירות שמעביר אלינו בדוא"ל את פרטי הטופס שנשלח. Formspree מעבד את המידע עבורנו בלבד, לצורך מסירת הטופס.
Google Analytics 4: סטטיסטיקות שימוש אנונימיות (למשל אילו עמודים נצפו, מאיזה סוג מכשיר, ומאיזו מדינה בקירוב), כדי שנבין איך משתמשים באתר ונשפר אותו. עוגיות הסטטיסטיקה מופעלות רק אחרי שאישרתם זאת בבאנר העוגיות. אנו משתמשים במצב ההסכמה של גוגל (Consent Mode): כל עוד לא אישרתם, לא נשמרות עוגיות של Google Analytics בדפדפן, ועוגיות פרסום אינן מופעלות כלל.
שירותים אלה עשויים לשמור מידע בשרתים מחוץ לישראל, בכפוף למדיניות הפרטיות שלהם.
מידע שנשמר בדפדפן שלכם (localStorage)
האתר שומר כמה פריטים קטנים בדפדפן שלכם בלבד. הם לא נשלחים אלינו:
bbi_consent: הבחירה שלכם בבאנר העוגיות (אישור או דחייה).
berger_booked_slots: מועדי פגישות שכבר קבעתם מהדפדפן הזה, כדי שלא יוצעו לכם שוב.
אפשר למחוק את הפריטים האלה בכל עת דרך הגדרות הדפדפן (ניקוי נתוני אתרים).
אין מכירת מידע
איננו מוכרים, משכירים או סוחרים במידע האישי שלכם, ואיננו מעבירים אותו לצדדים שלישיים מלבד הספקים המפורטים למעלה, או אם נידרש לכך על פי דין.
כמה זמן נשמר המידע
פרטי פנייה נשמרים כל עוד הם נחוצים לטיפול בפנייה ולקשר העסקי איתכם, ולאחר מכן נמחקים, אלא אם נדרש לשמור אותם לפי דין. נתוני Google Analytics נשמרים לפי הגדרות השמירה בחשבון שלנו, ולא יותר מ-14 חודשים.
הזכויות שלכם
לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981, אתם רשאים לעיין במידע שנשמר עליכם, לבקש לתקן מידע שגוי, לא מדויק או לא שלם, ולבקש למחוק אותו. כדי לממש את הזכויות, פנו אלינו בפרטים שלמטה ונטפל בבקשה בהקדם.

Information you submit in the booking form
When you book a meeting or contact us through the form on the site, we collect the details you enter:
Full name
Company name
Email address
Phone number
The meeting date and time you chose
Your message (if you wrote one)
You are not obliged to provide this information, but without contact details we cannot get back to you and schedule the meeting.
How we use it
The information is used only to get back to you, to schedule and hold the meeting, and to answer your inquiry. We will not send you marketing email without your separate consent.
Service providers that process data for us
Formspree: delivers the submitted form details to us by email. Formspree processes the data on our behalf only, for form delivery.
Google Analytics 4: anonymous usage statistics (for example which pages were viewed, the type of device, and approximate country), so we can understand how the site is used and improve it. Statistics cookies are enabled only after you accept them in the cookie banner. We use Google Consent Mode: until you accept, no Google Analytics cookies are stored in your browser, and advertising cookies are never enabled.
These services may store data on servers outside Israel, subject to their own privacy policies.
Data stored in your browser (localStorage)
The site stores a few small items in your browser only. They are not sent to us:
bbi_consent: your cookie banner choice (accept or decline).
bbi_a11y: your accessibility menu preferences (text size, contrast, etc.).
berger_booked_slots: meeting slots you already booked from this browser, so they are not offered to you again.
You can delete these items at any time through your browser settings (clear site data).
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties other than the service providers listed above, or where required by law.
Retention
Inquiry details are kept for as long as they are needed to handle your inquiry and our business relationship with you, and are then deleted unless we are required by law to keep them. Google Analytics data is kept according to our account's retention settings, and for no more than 14 months.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, you may review the information held about you, ask us to correct information that is wrong, inaccurate or incomplete, and ask us to delete it. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below and we will handle your request promptly.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we take reasonable measures to protect the information you give us.
